Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. Appointments may be rescheduled without charge, provided the new appointment is arranged within a reasonable timeframe. All appointments are for individuals aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and written consent must be provided prior to treatment.
