Adolf, is a qualified and registered osteopath with a Master’s degree from the London School of Osteopathy. With a deep passion for sports and fitness, Adolf combines his extensive knowledge of osteopathic techniques with a profound understanding of human body function, biomechanics, and movement patterns. His background equips him with a unique perspective on treating injuries, injury prevention, rehabilitation and optimising physical function.

With over 8 years of expertise in cupping (Hijama) therapy and 4 years of rigorous master's-level training in osteopathy, Adolf has successfully treated a wide variety of conditions, including chronic pain and sports injuries. His approach combines evidence-informed techniques with a genuine commitment to improving his patients' quality of life, empowering them to lead healthy, active lifestyles.

Alexandra is a highly skilled Sports Massage Therapist with over seven years of experience in massage therapy. She holds a Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy (RQF) and a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy, specialising in assessment and treatment to support recovery, performance and injury rehabilitation in sports.
Her treatments combine deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. Alexandra provides personalised, results-driven care for athletes, active individuals, and those with work-related muscular strain.

As a registered member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), she maintains the highest professional and ethical standards, delivering safe and effective treatment.
